I have been a consultant in many capacities over the years completing projects with multinational corporations, entrepreneurs, and nonprofit organizations. In 2010, while employed at Third Sector New England’s Nonprofit Center, I consulted with the Nonprofit Centers Network to co-author the Guide to Shared Services, published by Tides. More recently, the Network produced an updated piece, The Collaboration Project, which includes worksheets, case studies, and other resources aimed at practitioners interested in collaboration.
